A five days’ itinerary for a glimpse of the magnificent Copan Maya Archaeological Site, some of the natural wonders in the best national parks and a little adventure along the North coast of Honduras.

Day 1: Guatemala Border of El Florido – Copán.

Meet and greet at the Guatemalan border of El Florido and transfer to the city of Copán Ruins. After lunch, you will visit Copán Main Archaeological Site. Overnight in Copán. • Meals included: Lunch.

After breakfast, we will visit the Mayan Residential Area of Las Sepulturas and the Maya Sculpture Museum. In the afternoon, you will make aHorse Back Riding Tour to the Hacienda San Lucas, visiting a place called Los Sapos, a small archaeological site located on the hilltops overlooking the Copán valley. Overnight in Copán. • Meals included: Breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast and departure to San Pedro Sula. On the way, you will stop at Finca Santa Isabel for the Copán Coffee Tour. Here you will hike downhill through nice trails and see with your own eyes the process of growing, harvesting and roasting coffee –the traditional shaded grown way, from the plant nursery to the last processing of the coffee beans. You will have lunch at a nice venue within the forest, close to a small waterfall. After lunch, transfer to Tela. Overnight at the Villas Telamar Resort in Tela. • Meals included: Breakfast and lunch.

After Breakfast, tour of the Jeannette Kawas National Park, also known as Punta Sal National Park. In the afternoon, we will take you to La Ceiba. Overnight at The Lodge at Pico Bonito. • Meals included: Breakfast and lunch.

After breakfast, you will visit the Butterfly Farm, its trails and the Snake House. Afterwards, we will take you to the Airport of La Ceiba where you can take a flight back to San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa to connect you with your international departure flight or fly to Roatan for a Bay Island extension. • Meals included: Breakfast.
