The Cangrejal River winding down from the Pico Bonito National Park in La Ceiba offers class IV and V exciting white water rafting. There are many spots in the country for some of the best zip lining above the verdant canopies of La Ceiba, Copán, Roatán and the Pulhapanzak waterfalls. There is also a chance at horseback riding in the countryside and some of the best diving courses in the Caribbean. Honduras offers travelers plenty of opportunities to get the adrenaline pumping.
